Food Hygiene Inspection
On the morning of March 11th, 2021, Director General Cao of the Municipal Public Security Bureau led the Municipal Food Safety Inspection Team to carry out a special inspection on food hygiene and safety in the student canteen of Anqing Foreign Language School. Yan Hongping, Principal of Anqing Foreign Language School's general affairs, accompanied the inspection with relevant responsible comrades.
Initially, the inspection team checked the school canteen for junior and senior high students, and conducted the on-site inspection in terms of the sanitary condition of the canteen sales room, the operation specifications of employees, food raw material storage, processing as well as sales and sample retention. In addition, the inspection team carefully checked the health certificate of canteen staff, the tickets for food raw materials, kitchen utensils disinfection, food retention samples, food waste disposal and other related records.
During the inspection, Principal Yan Hongping reported the specific methods of food safety supervision in Anqing Foreign Language School. Through inspection, the checking group agreed that the student canteen had done adequate work in daily management, food hygiene safety consciousness, operation process and system specification, which was worthy to be confirmed. Meanwhile, the inspection team pointed out that spring is the season of high incidence of food safety incidents. Therefore, it is necessary to further strengthen the awareness of food hygiene and safety, enhance the supervision of food hygiene and safety, ensure food hygiene and safety, and guarantee the physical and mental health of teachers and students.
In a nutshell, Principal Yan Hongping expressed welcome to the Municipal Food Safety Inspection Team on behalf of Anqing Foreign Language School for their food safety inspection and guidance. Moreover, Principal Yan Hongping stressed that Anqing Foreign Language School would take this inspection as an opportunity to further reinforce management and do a solid job in food safety management.
